Ajo54 participation and safety
Ajo54 is a free savings-circle organization and recordkeeping tool. Members independently arrange and make contributions outside Village54. Village54 does not collect, transfer, hold, verify, insure, or guarantee payments. Payment statuses are based on member reports and recipient acknowledgments. Participation involves the risk of missed contributions or financial loss.
These operational disclosures are pending jurisdiction-specific legal review. Country availability is controlled by administrators.
Terms and member responsibilities
Participation is voluntary. You must have a Village54 account, accept the current circle rules and approve the rotation. Transfer only through agreed external services. Report honestly and confirm only funds that actually arrived. Do not enter any banking information, transaction references or receipts into Village54.
Risk disclosure
Other members may pay late or fail to pay. Statuses rely only on member reports and recipient acknowledgments. Village54 does not insure savings, guarantee payments or promise returns. Non-custodial design does not remove local legal requirements.
Privacy
Village54 does not request or store bank account details, banking credentials, statements, transaction references or receipts. Private records contain circle membership, agreed obligations, schedules, status acknowledgments, timestamps and disputes only.
Circle participation agreement
Each circle records a versioned contribution amount, dates, time zone, rotation, grace period and member acceptance. An active rotation is locked. Existing obligations cannot be silently erased. The agreement is not presented as a legally enforceable payout guarantee.
Disputes and fraud reporting
Record concerns through the Ajo54 dispute center. Describe disagreements without banking details, references or receipts. Administrators moderate conduct and review records; they do not verify banking transactions, recover money or rewrite history. Use existing Village54 support for urgent safety concerns.
